Anasazi Group email...You're not going to believe this!

So last week I posted the email that I received from Anasazi Group (here it goes again, just in case you didn't have a chance to read it). Yesterday, I received an email stating that I owe $39, which $9 is the finance charge! These people are nuts! How should I respond? Thanks
