All,

$ 5,590.00 $ 3,283.83 $ 5,065.04 $ 8,348.87
What is their contact info? The last two loans on here I'm still within my 60 day window so can have my bank do an ACH reversal i guess to get some of my money back. I do not want these guys taking me to court and causing any trouble with my employer.

That's all good and fine, but people that generally take out the loans don't truly consider the risks. If you are borrowing against a future paycheck and are willing to pay the outrageous interest rates without first consulting a friend or family member for a better arrangement, you are in a place of hopelessness. When you take out a payday loan it's like getting herpes. You don't just walk out of the clinic when you get the test results and shout with joy you got herpes and hit on the receptionist. Yes, you eventually tell people that matter but it isn't with pride but rather shame. I have a payday loan store about five minutes away from my house. In the five years I've lived there the place has remained open but I don't see anyone go there. Ever. People must, though, because the shop is still there and I do see at least one employee working there during the day if I'm home sick or took the day off. I applied once, but thought better of it because I didn't want to run into someone I knew. Again - shameful. So if a company seems official enough and threatens to arrest you and put you in jail you'll listen. Some will question, some will pay and some wil fight back.

So I sent my letter and talked with my bank and was able to get some of the charges reversed to recoupe some of money that I over paid but am still owed 1700+ for overpayments.
Today I get a call on my phone from a strange number and it turns out to be credit protection depot, left no message and only called twice. I told my cash now to not contact me and remove all phone numbers from their system
. I can tell this is going to be a fun experience with these guys. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
