I have 11 payday loans and need to get out of this vicious cycle. I'm working 3 jobs just to pay them. Does anyone know the laws in Indiana?

United Cash Loans
Seaside Cash Loans
Sure Advance
Govt Emp Loans
Integrity Advance
My Cash Now
Liquid Cash
National PDL Refi
One Click Cash
Cash Yes Direct

All your loans are illegal. You are only morally responsible for paying back the original principal amount borrowed, no interest, no fees. On this site, click on Forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with illegal lenders. Follow every step. Do not skip.

My bank will not close my account. They said to contact and cancel all ACH authorizations; then submit a protest against each charge that shows up. I'm having trouble finding information on some of the companies to do so. I am going to open an account at a different bank and move my direct deposits there, so even if they keep sending the payments through they won't get my paychecks.

I sent Plain Green Loans an email earlier today and they replied already that they will consider my loan paid in full, so anyone with loans with them, THIS WORKS with them and very easily.

SureAdvance informed me they WILL continue to debit my account regardless of what I send to them. I replied with another cease and desist email and informed them I wish to pay the principal and would like to make arrangements to do so either via a prepaid debit card on the due dates or via mail if they will send me an address to mail my payment to.

MyCashNow debited 750 and 135 (the entire amount of the loan plus the extension fee I was supposed to pay for them NOT to take the full amount. have filed a protest against the charges, and the bank will put a provisional credit in my account while the investigate the charge. I told them it was an illegal loan and they had been told not to withdrawn further monies from my account.

Neither United Cash Loans nor 500 Fast Cash replied to my emails. I can't find any information at all on LiquidCash.

Old National Bancorp out of Evansville, IN. They love collecting those overdraft fees. They refused to allow me to cancel ACH payments, make my account deposit only, or close it. I'm going to open a new account elsewhere and move my direct deposits to it.

We discussed in your other post"Bank uncooperative" that they have to - I pulled the information up from their own website. Probably is the best solution to change banks, but you will still want to close that account.

SoapLady knows what she is talking about, you need to follow all the instructions on how to deal with these illegal lenders. And ACH revocation is absolutely allowed. Again you can go back and read the other post that I made, that explains that from your own banks website.
