Does anyone have a physical address for my cash now? I've had some loans with them that I have paid an exorbitant of interest on previous loans so I want the loan I have out now to be marked paid in full. I live in PA and from what I've read they are illegal here. PA is also a state where wages can not be garnished for consumer debt. Any thoughts appreciated.

Wage assignment is not the same as wage garnishment.

I just want to make sure soap lady that there weren't any different addresses, i've seen them all over the map for this company. I've sent them an email regarding the ACH Revocation and Revoking Wage Assignment already. I know that they can't sue me obviously because they're illegal and even if they could they would not be able to "garnish" my wages as I live in PA which is one of 4 states that does not allow wage garnishments for creditors only for spousal/child support and tax liens.
