3 loans in Washington state

They are illegal
I also live in Washington State. All of your loans are tribal loans and are illegal in our state. You owe principal only. Follow the steps in the sticky on how to deal with illegal payday loans step by step. So not forget to give your bank a copy of the ACH revocation. If you have not paid off all of the principal use only a prepaid debit card or money order so these people do not have any access to your bank or actual credit cards.
You will want to put your bank account on deposit only if your bank will not let you close your current one. If you have a good relationship with your bank open a new account with them, if not go to a new bank.
Let your employer know you have been the victim of fraud and scam so they will not take any calls from the lenders or any "collection agencies" they may give the debt to seriously. Tell your employer to ignore the calls. Give a copy of the wage assessment revocation to your payroll department.
Do no worry about wage garnishments as there needs to be a court order from a valid Washington State court. Tribal courts will not be able to do this. If the lenders or any agent acting on their behalf threaten you with jail time, loss of job, suspension of drivers licence or SSN ignore them. They are lying through their teeth to get you to pay. They may also state since you applied via the Internet you were in essence on the tribal reservation. This also does not hold water as the treaty they are quoting from states you must physically be on the reservation. I highly doubt you traveled to the reservation and took out the loan.
Definitely file complaints with the FTC. I have a complaint filed with the AG of South Dakota with Western Sky as well as they actually have a valid LLC licence in SD and will not loan to residences of SD. Probably because they know their loans are illegal.
You can try to file with Washington State Department of Financial Institutions but if there is already a consumer alert they will not be able to do a whole lot except track the amount of people who file. This may help in the future if enough people file complaints where the Washington State AG decides to file against these lenders.
Hope this helps
Plain Green
Plain Green back down immediately. Said my account was paid in full. Not heard anything from Ameriloan. Haven't notified CashCall yet because I don't remember my login info to determine how much I have paid to them so far.
Keep that PIF in a safe place. Your bank statements should show
Keep that PIF in a safe place. Your bank statements should show you how much you have paid to Western Sky/Cash Call.
