I want to revoke my ACH and cannot find contact information for them anywhere. Does anyone have this?

National PDL refi

My bank originally gave me a provisional credit when I disputed this as an illegal loan and now they have reversed the provisional credit. I haven't been able to find any contact information for them in order to reverse the ACH authorization.
