They are claiming they are going to garnish my wages, can they do that? All they have is my employers phone number... I think they are bluffing, my husband is freaked out... Please if anyone has any info I would appreciate it!:confused:
Did you do a voluntary wage assignment revocation? Give a copy
Did you do a voluntary wage assignment revocation? Give a copy to your payroll department? Assignment is different from garnishment...a garnishment requires a judgemnt..Everest is an illegal lender.
