US Fastcash will ignore your requests. They stopped calling me at work after I told them I sent a C&D letter. They regularly send me an e-mail about my balance. After responding to them 4 times and getting the same e-mail, now I just delete it. If pdls are illegal in your state, then you only owe the difference between what you borrowed and paid. If they are not responding to your offer, that's their problem. Just keep copies of the e-mails. and forbid them to call you.
