Hey all! I, like many here, have gotten into some payday loan trouble. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated on how to deal with the collection calls. I've read through quite a few responses, so I think I've included all the necessary information, but if not just let me know what else anyone might need to provide any advice. They are all internet sites, but I live in Texas, so I wasn't sure if they are required to follow Texas laws. I tried to use this site to find the Texas laws, but that page kept loading with errors, so I wasn't able to view them.

Loans:

CashnetUSA: internet site-original loan $1500
AceCashExpress: internet site-original loan $1000
Check 'N Go: internet site-original loan $1125
PaydayOne: internet site-original loan $1000
PaydayMax: internet site-original loan $1070
500 Fast Cash: internet site-original loan $350

I'm still working on figuring how much I've paid so far on each of them. They have rolled over quite a few times, so I'm going line by line on my bank account.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Nicole
