So, I sent them a email and letter in mail this morning about no more arc withdrawls..etc....(copied from one of the california members) said how much I have paid and OVER paid and California laws etc... No more phone calls etc.. and not to mention all the dates the took money out of my account. So... what does this silly letter mean? They gave me a loan for $400.00 I have paid them $120.00 5 times.... Shouldn't they be happy that they got an extra $9.40 plus a $50.00 pay down just 2 weeks ago???? ughh

Then what do you suggest I do? So, my qustion and I guess point is, is United Cash Loans and One Click Cash legal in the state of California as of 2009? I can't find any license number on their website??? If they are then they haven't abided by one law that the state of California has for payday loans. One, they keep rolling over my loan which I didn't ask for and when calling to make the arrangements to pay in full they still only take out the finance charge... Question or point.. I don't know, I am so besides myself and came on this site to figure out a few of my rights that we have to PDL Companies. So If they are legal as of 2009 than I guess I should pay the cons and get on with my life
