PDL Consolidation

Hi, I just called town and country and found out that they don't work with KY residents for PDL Consolidation. Does anyone know of a reputable company that might work with KY residents? I really would like to consolidate my storefronts ( I have 3) if at all possible and I don't know where to go from here.

Have you considered requesting an EPP (Extended payment plan) fr
Have you considered requesting an EPP (Extended payment plan) from these lenders? If they are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America) you would be eligible for an EPP, but they won't tell you about it you have to ask. Call them and ask if they are members of the CFSA.
