10 internet loans--I am in TX are they legal?

Can anyone, someone just tell me which of the 10 idiotic internet payday loan companies is legal in TX? When I called the Attorney General's office yesterday, they had me call the CCC. The CCC told me that internet payday loans are unregulated in TX but are under the laws of the FTC??? How can any business be unregulated??
Here are the loans:
Cashnetusa---legal I think
Cash Central---not sure
Magnum Cash Advance---illegal
Zip19---illegal
My Cash Time--not sure
Payday loan yes--not sure
EZ Payday Cash---unsure
Sonic Vash---illegal I think
Cash Pronto Now---not sure
First Cash---\
As of today----I stop ordered the 2 payments that Zip19 takes under the name Northway Financial. Guess the fun begins tomorrow. :-(
How could I have been such an idiot?? I am a professional and well educated person. I want to pay what I owe but am now not paying other bills to just pay these. Also, I have become victim to the THIS IS ATTORNEY BLA BLA AND YOU ARE BEING CHARGED WITH 3 FEDERAL CHARGES. all for a loan I never even heard of---at least this is false but they even called a friend of mine and threatened her?????????????? I warned my employer already.

Check at the link below to see if they are registered as CSO's (Credit Service Organizations), keep in mind that CSO's do not follow the payday loan laws and are usually perfectly legal in what they charge. I do see at first glance you have some unlicensed lenders but I will let you check for yourself.
