anyone have info on Beacon payday loans?

you can lend in pa if you register with the state--and anybody that gets a loan always read how much you have to pay back..dont get a loan and cry when you have to pay back more-dont mess it up for people who needs aloan by chasing companies away from pa.. with your crying and are they legal in pa.. they not goping to keep taking money out for nothing--you may have missed a payment or ask for a extention in which you would be paying back more or you had more than one loan...before you accept the loan----read your agreement---and you have up to 3 days for some to give the lozan back if you dont want--was you crying when you took the money or filled out loan apps... and they dont have a website--so you used a marketing company with lenders in their network..you may have gotten more than 1 loan or it may have been 300 instead of 200....

another humanoid beauty(sigh)let me bust your bubble with three bullet points.

1)pdl's were technically prohibited in PA,except for the loophole which gave an internet pdl the out that if they had a license in any state the borrower must follow those laws, but.

2)for about 1 1/2 yrs now that loophole was gone making all pdl's illegal in PA.

3)people are not aware these loans are illegal.it is up to the illegal lender, but being pdl slime you or other pdl's couldn't care less about the law.

of you go,if you want to baffle with BS do it on the phone.not here.

Close your account! I bet they will contact you then, however, I would only communicate with them via email.

I took out a loan with Beacon and I notified them (3 days before the payment due date) that I wanted to pay off the loan in full which was $289. However, when I called them today to see if that amt. got debited from my account they said only $89 was debited and that my loan was renewed and my next payment would be on 9/3 for $289! I was totally confused and got upset! I wanna know what happens if I do close my bank account how could I repay the loan? And would Beacon be able to find out if I opened a new account?

200 from one - $89 repayment, then I stopped payment o work out arrangements with them.
500 form the other - $180 and same thing. They now tell me I owe them 810 and that has to be paid within 6 weeks or they hav eot take other actions. Other actions like what?

Please start a new topic with the following info:
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

Beacon payday loans is a fraudulent company using peoples bank accounts to move illegal money around in while also monitoring the account in order to take more and more money out. You must contact your bank right away and change your account information and report fraud. All the contact info for this company is also fake. No one seems to know where they are not even people investigating the already reported claims of fraud.

i got a loan from them, beacon, $200 w/ $89 fee. they gave me the number a couple times during the setup. most likely you assholes lost it, you got focused on getting the money and didn't write down the info they gave you. i paid 2 $89 charges and then paid it off. they're alright in my book they helped me out a jam

is it possible there are a few companies with similar names bec there seems to be some people saying they never stop taking money and some say they are fine. The number i tried said they are just known as beacon not beacon pay day loans and it was a num from someone on here who said it was a legit company but possibly this isnt the place others got a loan from on here...

I foolishly gave by information to "Beacon" online before researching them thoroughly. After finding this and other similar threads, I was extremely concerned, and faxed them cancellation documents immediately. I tried the phone number 877-746-4993 and got a message that it was after hours. I assumed the worst - that I would not be able to contact them, and that I would have to contact my bank first thing in the morning! I decided to try calling Beacon in the morning, mostly because their message said they open earlier than the bank. To my surprise, the phone was answered almost immediately, and the woman I spoke to was very pleasant. She told me my loan was not yet finalized and it would simply be "denied out." While I will have to wait and see what happens over the next two weeks, the response I got was not at all what I expected based on the online complaints. If I'm wrong, and I encounter problems with them after this, I will take action, but until then I'm reserving judgement.
