some people believe they do.some think they are a scam.if the pdl's are internet.chances are good they won't work with anyplace.alot of us have dealt with the pdl's ourselves.every bit of info on how to deal with pdl's is right here,but some people would rather have someone else deal with the pdl's.however,that gets back to the point of these places not working with negotiators,settlement places,or debt management places.i leave it up to the person,but be aware.if what the pdl relief is saying is too good to be true.it most likely is.
