Help in texas!!!! Aggraviting!!!!

Hi Im having some trouble with my bank and my payday loans.
I had out 4 PDL's and one debited from my account. Which my bank paid them even though I did not have enough money in there. Which overdrafted me and everything else that I had planned to hit my account, which I had enough money for.

Charge:$114.29
Debited from Account:$676.62
Refinanced 4 times.
I had taken this loan amout out for about 9 months and Im going broke paying fees. My bank is saying that this will be returned and that I will be charged $35.00 for NSF.

I am seriously thinking about consolidating I have talked to PDL Assistance, what do you think about them, I have also heard about Town and Country I havent really researched too much into them. I need help I am drowning in this and my bank refuses to help me. I heard it is Illegal to close your account in Texas. I am so confused and stressed I am losing weight and all my hair from this. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
