How to find out which payday lenders are legal in TX

Hello.
We (DH and I) have gotten ourselves into a huge mess with payday lenders. We have the following loans outstanding:
principal interest
cashnetusa 850 172
advance america 650 163
paychecktoday 300 90
mypaydayloan 500 100
discountadvances 300 95
checkngo 300 76
checkngo 100 26
TLC 300 102
How do I find out which ones are legal to operate in TX? I know that Check n go and Cashnetusa.com are and have already sent EPP letters to them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! We are currently overdrawn in our account and are going close it. I would really like to be proactive and nip this in the bud before we start getting harrassing phone calls. Thanks!!!
