All,

I need some advice from folks. I have taken out numerous PDL because of a habit I was feeding. I have paid some of them back (about 3 already) but there are still about $2000 work of PDL out standing.

They keep raiding my Bank Account and now it is overdrawn by $790 dollars. I have since opened another account with a another bank because these PDL will keep collecting until you do not have a roof over your head (so you would take MORE LOANS). Anyways what advice do you give? I want to talk to my old bank about the account and correct the overdrawn but I want to close it too because these PDL are killing me.

I am trying to get in a Debt Management Plan but these PDL will take everything before I can make a single payment.

I live in Las Vegas NV and have 2 accounts. One with a Credit Union (over drawn) and one with Chase (new one).

Any suggestions let me know!

Here is the infromation that you asked:

Advance America - 500 (paying 600 this week to kill it) - Storefront - does not cash checks but wants one when you take a loan or extend it
Dollar Loan Center - 300 (paid about 160 on this one. Plan to pay half of it this week and finish it off next week) - Storefront
Check N Go - 400 (this goes up to 500 with fees paid them 3 100 installments to keep the loan going) - online
Rapid Cash - 1000 (had a 290 check clear for 225 borrow. Have 175 (200) and 600 (700) ones still outstanding (checks bounced yesterday)) - Storefront
Check City - 700 (had a 420 check (350 for the amount) taken out of my account about 2 weeks ago so I owe another 420 plus fees from bounced checks) - Storefront
Ace - 300 (this was paid on Friday (351) last week) - Storefront
Money Tree - 300 (this was paid back in october but the check bounced so might owe them 25 dollars or so) - Storefront

Any suggestions?

I dicussed my situation with my bank. They closed the checking account however they are looking for reimbursment for the money that I owe them.

I have several options in front of me. I want to pay the bank first and have enough left over for rent etc. However that means not being able to pay the PDLs at all. My frustration though is with what they are doing. Contacting friends and family. What can I do to have them stop or elevate them from contacting my friends and relatives? My relationships with my friends are already strained because of this and having someone calling them looking for me is putting more presure on the situation.

Is there anything I can do to stop them from contacting them and only contact me?
