I have 2 separate PDL's out with 2 different companies in the state of MICHIGAN.

These are STOREFRONT places.

First loan amount (counting finance charge): $342 (with Check-N-Go)

Second loan amount (counting finance charge): $676(with Advance America)

These are not late yet. (They are due on Friday Dec 4th).

But I will not have enough in my next check to cover them.

I need some help here in regards to maybe a payment plan perhaps? Are they legally required to give you a payment plan?

Or are there any companies specializing in consolidating these?

I just need help, flat out.

Thanks again everyone!

That's BS! They are members of the CFSA (CLICK THE LINK) http://www.cfsa.net/MemberList.aspx , they MUST adhere to the guidelines set forth by the CFSA in order to remain a member in good standing. They have something called the EPP (extended payment plan), click the link below to read about the EPP, number 11.

They are ridiculous to work with, and most of their employees seem to be oblivious to the EPP. Print out the guidelines at the link I gave you above, and print out the member list, take it into the store and DEMAND that they adhere to these guidelines or you will call the CFSA yourself at: 703-684-1029 and file a complaint that they are not following the member rules. I would also tell them you are going to file a complaint with your state attorney general's office for NOT allowing you to use the extended payment plan. You MUST be firm and exercise your rights. You can also call the corporate office and complain, tell then they have no right to claim membership with the CFSA if they have no intentions of adhering to the guidelines set forth. PRESSURE them.
