what do i do when a angency keeps calling me on my job harrassing me about a debt that i owe from last year? I spoke with the person one time but the way she talks to me is like i'm going to be arrested if I don't pay them this monies in a couple of days shes been calling me for the last week in a half. can anyone help me.

Tell them you cannot have personal calls at work. If it's the original creditor, try to work out something. If it's a collection agency, ask for validation of the debt and follow up your request with certified letter. In that letter include a cease and desist stating you only want to be contacted via USPO/mail. If they continue to call/make threats, let them know you are reporting them for violation of credit regulations.
