Ameriloan, One Click Cash-Anyone able to get money refunded for overpayment?

Hi-
I have had some loans in the past, and currently have 2 loans out with amerilaon and oneclick cash. They both are illegal in the state of washington.

I have e-mailed my credit union regarding these illegal loans, and have asked them for advice on stopping the withdrawls, ect.

I found the sample letter on this site, and plan to write both of them regarding the overpayment i have paid them.

I was wondering if anyone here has been succesfull getting any money returned to them from either one of these companies? I realize tehy are one in the same. :)
