both are notorious bottomfeeders.i hope you didn't give the crumb from credit protection any info.like a bank account number.a couple of facts.
paydaymax is not based in the US therefore they are illegal
credit protection depot is an illegal collector that specializes in illegal pdl's.
since paydaymax is illegal if any so called fees were debited that goes toward the 710.00.
bottom line you owe no one 1400.00.tell whoever calls from CPD to pi$$ on a spark plug.they can't and won't do squat to you.if you gave them any info get it reversed.if you didn't then don't.i would file AG,AND FTC complaints against both paydaymax and CPD.
I have'nt given them any money but to who should i send in the $
I have'nt given them any money but to who should i send in the $710 because i do want to jpay the principal i filleda complaint with the FTC and bbb but not the AG yet thanks for the good words... and i didnt give them any info i was going to to payments thru moneygram

I wouldn't pay them ANYthing until you receive a letter of collection via the mail, especially from credit protection depot. The law (FDCPA) states a collection agency has 5 days after their first initial contact with you to send you a dunning letter (letter of collection) via the mail. I can tell you right now you will never receive such a letter but you will receive many many threats. Just tell them you will NOT admit or deny to owing ANYone ANYthing until you receive your dunning letter. Please note the day and time you tell them this, ask the person's name you spoke with, ask their physical address and phone number. If they call you again (and they will), PLEASE file a complaint with the FTC (link in my signature) with as many details you can provide.
I would contact the original lender (via email) and let them know you are willing to pay the principal amount of this loan ONLY but need a valid physical address to send payments, also tell them no address means NO payments.
