1. List the companies you have the loans with and whether it is a store front operation or an internet operation.
Check N Go $676 (store front) - the current loan is $600 with a $76 fee. Michigan makes you pay off the loan before taking out another one. I have done this enough to qualify for the repayment plan provided through the state.
Cash Fast $676 (store front) (same as info above).
PayDayMax $1,000 original amount, currently owe $323.00, paid $2,284. (online)
LoanPoint $600 original loan, currently owe $600, paid $900. (online)

I'm in Michigan.

Check n go is a member of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), Cashfast maybe also, sometimes they aren't listed as a member, but when you ask them they say they are, you should call them and ask because if you are, you are eligible for an EPP, but only if you ask for it. They won't tell you about it, you must request it, how it works is, you pay it off in four separate payments, and the interest stops. Stores will only allow this once a year. See the link below to read about the EPP, number 11.

Thanks for the help! I've been really concerned with LoanPoint. I will contact my bank and follow up on this.

Thanks for the help! I plan on contacting my bank tomorrow to see about stopping the ACH debits. I will follow up on the information you gave me.

And to put a good note, CashFast and ChecknGo have been very good about following Michigan laws. Both places notify me as soon as I'm eligible for the EPP. It is actually required by Michigan law.
