Hi there, sorry I didn't see this sooner but it was in the wrong section. Anyway, Zip19 is NOT legal in Ohio. The other ones are legal in Ohio. Have you asked if they offer an EPP (Extended payment plan). I happen to know for sure that Check n go does but I am unsure of the other ones. The EPP works like this; you pay it off in 4 separate payments and the interest stops as soon as you sign up for it, read more about it at the link below, number 11:

Thank you. So you would send the illegal pdl letter to Zip 19 and Loan shop? Check n go told me they don't offer extended payment plans. Maybe I just got the wrong person. I am trying to work with Cash net on an EPP. Do you know if National Money Store is easy to work with as far as EPPs?

Check n go are notorious for saying they don't offer the EPP, but they DO! You will probably have to get in touch with someone at their corporate office, obviously their employees don't have a clue what they're doing.
