Pay Day Loan Yes....keep fighting..they will get the message!

I have had several illiegal pay day loans that I have been working on paying off...principal only of course since I hit them with the laws of California...but Pay Day Loan Yes has been the worst to deal with. Their people are rude to the brink of abusive. I owed $350 to them and $300 to Fast Cash (this loan just ended up in my account). They even debited from a new bank account illegally and I had to stop payment on those ACH debits. They have been a nightmare! They are now calling me telling me I owe close to $1100 for these loans so I called them and threw the California laws at them. The guy who talked to Geno actually stated that the California laws have changed over the last few months. What an idiot! I told him...confidently and forcefully...that I know my rights as a consumer and I am only responsible for the principal amount. I will be paying my balance off in 4 payments with a prepaid debit card and then be done with them. Be forceful, know your rights and don't be bullied.
