I live in Minnesota. Thanks for the information. They do not have an email or physical address to send the letters, but they do have a "customer service" section of their website that I can paste the letter into.

I did call my bank two weeks ago and they put a block on them. When I had originally contacted them, they said Minnesota law does not apply to them as they are in Cyprus. I argued over and over that it did apply, but I can tell I'll get nowhere with them. They do not answer their phone. They only interact through their website.

define block.if you mean a stop order or just block them.then yes they can go in under a different name,different amount,or a paper check.the best bet is to close that account and open a new one not linked to the old account.talk to the manager about this.they can help you with that.

i have that same problem. some company has begun or has been calling me since last year saying I have defrauded the US government and my name is on a black list. I sent Pdloan a number of emails and they stated it was not them, but I cannot find a way to get to them to pay the remainder of what i owe. Some one went into my account and took ALL of my money last year and have since not made my account public.
who ever this is calls himself Mr. Jacob and has changed from being an police officer to an attorney. he calls back to back constantly on a daily basis on my job. Spoke wth the FTC and they said just give them a dial tone each time they call.
But as I said they have started to harass my sister and they could have only goitten that info from an online application that I filled out for something... i need them to leave my sister alone.
