Yay. So I just received an email from Eastside lenders. One of the worst out of all fo the companies stating that the loan was paid in full. I overpaid them by over 500 dollars but don't know if I want the headache of going after it. Any suggestions? Oh and ironically I am available for another loan. haha I think that I will pass on that one.

And today I have recieved the paid in full letter from Cash Yes. This week is getting better. Yahoooo..

Cash Yes 675 $506.25 875 (Sent me a letter that my account was canceled) Not sure what that means. I turned them over to BBB and have not gotten a response.
PDL Loan Center 300 $180.00 390 (Haven't heard from them)
Star Cash Processing 300 $180.00 390 (Haven't heard from them)
Loan Point USA 300.00 $85.50 390 ( Haven't heard from them)
Paragon Processing 200 $- (Paid through collection agency to get them off of my back)
Manhattan Processing 200 $- (Same as Paragon)

you should ALWAYS review everything before accepting terms. All you have to do is listen to them explain the loan to you and if you dont like it DONT get it!!!!!! Dont sit here and complain about loan companies when your the one who the needs the money!!!! They are NOT MAKING you get the loan, you decided to get it or 5 for the matter. Why would anybody get 5 PAYDAY loans?!

I did not agree to the terms, so I did not accept a payday loan, They deposited the money in my account anyway, my bank sent it back. They said they never got it then charged me $90 finance fee/rate, which my bank promptly returned to me. The loan company then sent the account to these fools who called and threatened me with my local county sheriff arresting me at work. Then called my job and swore and cussed at a customer service person when they wouldn't give them my info. She then passed them to my manager who was called many names and words. He then hung up on her when she asked for him name so it could be covered in the "recorded conversation". Biggest bunch of scum bags. :rolleyes:
