Ok, so I had already defaulted with this company after offering the principal amount plus the max amount of interest allowed in Alabama (where I live). They basically laughed at me and I closed my acct and opened a new one. I now know (but cannot prove as of yet) that they used my SS # and pretended to be me to get my new account info, and they began to debit this as well. It is no longer about the money with these guys, I will not rest until they stop doing this to me, which will not happen until they face their crimes (wire fraud, identity theft, etc). Is there anything that anyone has done on this site as far as pursuing legal action against these guys? I would also like to know their address (the REAL address, not some random PO box). I am sorry to ramble, but if the US prosecutes people for holding up banks, why not exercise the same force on these ******?
