Should I file with the Attorney General or the Division of Professional Regulation? Both?

I was to able to settle with this IPDL for a simple money-order payment of the original principal. However, I am seeking to have this vendor formally ordered to quit offering loans to residents of IL (they've received similar orders from 6 other states). Which agency is most likely to help? I'm sure uninformed consumers in IL aren't lucky enough to have found this site and are paying huge fees and interest outlawed in IL.

which illegal pdl are we talking here?i would inquire to both on how to get this done.i like the idea.maybe when you punch up the state a note could appear stating that this may not be a legal lender, and therefore the person won't take the loan.

They claim to only answer to DE law where they're licensed, but they don't offer loans to customers in states that have gone after IPDLs, PA, CO, West Va, etc. I thought they only aswered to DE?

The AG's complaint form has a field asking, "What form of relief are you seeking?" I want them to tell NWC to stop making loans to IL residents until they comply with ILPDLRA of 2005.
