Help! Does anyone know anything about J&W Associates (877-807-7049)?

I got a call from these people today (J&W Associates) stating that I still owed a balance on Check N Go. I already settled on that balance last year with a company called Eastern Asset Management - I have all of the paperwork and bank statement to prove it.
This is the second time in less than a month somone has called and threatened me with a judgment (for two different payday loans). I'm at my wits end here and I don't know what to do. At least they haven't contacted my family. I still have the message on my phone and I'm not sure what to do....should I call them back? Is this yet another scam?
I would be grateful for any information or advice. I'm scared again. :(

do not be scared.i googled and came up with nothing but complaints on this and other boards.there is no real info on them so i would use the phone number you have,and file the usual complaints.you know AG,FTC,and file another police report.a bottomfeeder for sure.then do not talk to them have others do the same.hang up on them if you do get stuck with them.same BS threats that they gave you.they can't do squat.
