Just an FYI, I just received a text message from Spot on loans stating that I am eligible for a $300 loan. When I checked the site, spotonloans.com, this is PDL ventures. I have outstanding balances with Ameriloan and US Fast Cash that I refuse to pay. I have overpaid on both. PDL ventures appears to be the same company as Ameriloan and US Fast Cash.

Yes PDL Ventures, Impact Cash, and now Spot on Loans are all the same company owned by what I believe is the Rocky Boy Indian Tribe in Montana. They are one of the last loans I am dealing with. Ameriloan and US Fast Cash, and United Cash Loans are a part of a different company owned by a diferent tribe of native americans, the Miami Tribe in Oklahoma. My loan was originally with PDL Ventures it also was overpaid and Illegal in my state (Minnesota) but they stand behind the Native American defense of not having to abide by state laws. There isnt much they can do legally to collect the money because they are a soverign nation they cant take you to court but they will harass the heck out of you. And PDL Ventures/PDL Loan Center/Spot on loans still call and e-mail me to offer me loans when they say I owe on one.
