Great site. I have some PDL's that are strangeling me, are they legal in PA? Can i close my bank account and work out any repayment (although I have probably paid more that enough out to these companies by now)?

Most likely all your payday lenders are illegal since payday lending is strictly against the laws in Pennsylvania. You can check the state law here.

However, you may still list your lenders in your next post to let our members to help you better.

First Bank of Delaware Loan
* are new, only one payment

The other PDL's I have had and I have made more than enough of the total amount due back to the companies.
I am planning to close my bank account today (block all ACH's & checks,deposits only).
Let me know if I am within my rights to block/cancel these accounts. I am willing to pay back any outstanding balances if I have any still owed.
