loan problems

hi i took out a loan from sandpoint Capital for the amount of 200.00 dollars and, they had been charging me 60.00 dollars twice a month which has not went towards the princple balance and all together I've paid 390.00 dollars to tthis company what should i do
what state are you? sandpoint is known for lending money illegal
what state are you? sandpoint is known for lending money illegally but i cannot be sure if this loan was legal for you unless i know your state.
if they are illegal, you overpaid on this loan and should ask for a refund.. is your bank account secure?
