Below is the response that I got from Kevin at Fast Cash. He has been sending emails trying to get me to pay them since I closed my acct. Everytime he emails me - I shoot him one of the C&D letters with a cc to KY Ag, KY Dept of Finance & BBB.
This guy doesn't even know how to spell correctly. Hope I made his day.
Hope he also enjoys the complaint I'm going to file with the KY AG's office.


DO NOT email me again if your Not paying....I don't have time for you or
this lil chananagan game your playing cs your bored with nothing to
do............pay or lay off.....................


Ohmygawsh, that is SO funny - have you forwarded this "highly professional" e-mail to the KY AG and BBB? ;) Maybe you should send HIM basically the same e-mail when you hear from him? Something along the lines of "DO NOT email me again as Im not paying..., etc?"

Just got another email from the same Kevin guy. I promptly shot him one back that said I got his email requesting I not email him anything further..... Then I told him that as long as I got emails from him, he would be getting the same one from me with a cc to KY Ag, Ky Dept of Finance & Ky BBB. Hope he enjoyed that one too.

Yes and when THAT doesn't work... they change their name some and send you another email that tells you about the wonderful opportunity they have for you to get "CASH TODAY" or "even easier"..... Seriously??? I sent you a letter that states you are illegal and that I am owed a refund and you want me to take out a loan. Give me a break... pretty sure I learned the lesson the really really hard way but it did manage to get through my thick skull and stick!
