questions on payday loans in arizona after july 2010?

Hi. I owe 4 days days loans(each borrowed for 300 dollars from speedycash, check into cash, pl$, and cashnetusa). 2 i believe have been sold to collections but i was wondering, after july 2010 in arizona will i still owe these pay day loans since they are going to be illegal? please help!!

Well, the payday lending business of Arizona may be forced to close down this year. I guess it will happen if the legislature doesn't reauthorize the agreement by passing a law.
As you owe the debt as of now, you may work out some plan with them.
it depends.. some states stated this differently. some will make

either way, July is a far way off.. if they are legal now, they can and probably will sue when they still have the rights to, but that is just my guess. i would pay them, if you cannot afford to pay them in full, at least make a payment plan with them.
