Is Payday One Solomon Finance and illegal lender?

I live in maryand. I had an outstanding balane with Payday One and 2 payments have returned back in December. I have not heard from them. What should i do?

What do you mean by "returned back"? Was this a check, money order or direct debit on your account? Payday loans are prohibited in the state of Maryland, I believe that Paydayone is operating as a CSO (Credit Service Organization) which means they would need to follow the payday loan laws, Solomon is not a legal lender in your state.
