Well........... after several attempts and several different people I got HSBC to make my account deposit only :) We will see what happens. I sent Loanpoint USA my letter to C&D - I only owe them 60.00 so I will see if they send me a letter. The next 4 aren't due until the end of April so I have some time on them and another bank account to close :( Please tell me this will work I am scared to death right now

You need to get back control of your finances, and the only way to do that is to close your account, it sounds like you are going in the right direction. Just keep in mind that payday lender share information so the chances of your other lenders finding out you have your account on deposit only are pretty high, they may try to debit your account without your knowledge, just make sure you get your account closed as soon as you possibly can! You will get there!

How could they get my other bank information? It's a totally different bank - is that possible? Frig :(

Oh no, sorry, I misunderstood. They can't get your other bank info unless you apply for other Internet payday loans.

Ameriloan - M&T - All of them - account still open - no debits yet on PDL's but I have unitl 4/30
