Are these illegal??

I am originally from California, just recently moved to Indiana...... I have 2 internet pdl's ... one for $1000 from national payday and one for $298 from Cash central.....actual amounts deposited to my acct were $800 from national payday and $255 from Cash Central......I have been paying the $200 bi weekly interest on the national payday one for a few months now.... I looked up laws ( from one of your other posts) and California laws do not permit more than one and they can only be for $300??? I also checked the license through a site you posted and could not find it...... can you please tell me what to do with these???I too felt like such an idiot for getting sucked into this, and am now worse off then I was before I took the dang loans!! Please help guide me on what to do :/ Thank you sooooo much!!!
