Hi, I posted my info in a different thread, but I think I should also do it here. I really need to get out of this pdl hell, and would appreciate any advice. I have 6 online loans:

1. CashCentral. Borrowed $500, have not paid anything yet.
2. CashNetUSA. Borrowed $500, so far paid $228 back in interest.
3. PaperCheckPayday Loan. Borrowed $200, paid back in interest fees $150.
4. USFastCash. Borrowed $350, paid back $105
5. QuickestCashAdvance. Borrowed $300, paid back in interest fees $150.
6. CashNetUSA. Borrowed $300, paid back $360.

I live in Missouri, and have not defaulted on any of my loans. I am desperate to get out of this and cannot afford to do this anymore! Please, your advice will be greatly appreciated!

Your payday loan laws are at the link below:

Payday lenders are required to be licensed in your state, you can check at the link below to see if any of the lenders you used are licensed, if they aren't then; CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

OH, I put wrong info in my origial post. I listed CashNetUSA twice instead of cashadvancenetwork for #6 loan. Thank you for the links, I am very confused though. I checked and see that two of my lenders have licenses in MO, but 4 do not. So, I have to deal with the ones who do not have licenses? I also saw in MO payday loans that the legal actions are not prohibited if the check is returned due to closed account or stop-payment. Does this mean I cannot close my account? Or is it only in case a lender is licensed? OMG, I am about to lose my mind!!!

Olga- You are among friends here. We have all been in your shoes.

If ANY of these PDL companies are illegal in your state- that means they have NO hold on you. I live in KY where all internet PDL's are illegal. I was literally drowning every month due to these thieves. Finally I said that is it- & closed my acct.

If you close your acct (which is the advice we would all give you), DO NOT tell your lenders beforehand what you plan to do, as they will drain every last dime you have.
You will not believe the relief you will feel after you get these idiots off your back. Yes, you probably will get phone calls & emails, but for every email you get, send them a "cease & desist letter" ( copies can be found on this forum) & as far as phone calls- just hang up on them. They KNOW they are illegal & will try to threaten you with all sorts of garbage. And that is just what it is--GARBAGE. Do not fall for their scare tactics because that is what they thrive on. YOU are in the right-- THEY are in the wrong.
Hang in there & remember, we are all here to help each other.
