first a couple of questions

1)how much was borrowed
2)how much debited total before default

they can't garnish without a court order.that would entail taking you to court in your town, village, county,or bourough.being as they are in panama they are not legal so deduct anything debited from the principle borrowed.do as nascar advised and draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter.attach it to your response to the email, but print it out and give it to your employer first.these illegals will threaten alot of things they can't and won't do to get you to pay.

I went in this morning to see if I had signed an agreement for the wage garnishment and didnt find anything like that. I also checked out a Florida address that they have for their Legal Department and couldnt find anything that said that they are at that address. I borrowed 700 and had a balance of 600 now its back up to 792. I live in Connecticut. I just got another email stating that I was past due and that if I dont pay they will report me to Teletrack (dont know who they are) or other credit bureaus and that they will file suit to garnish my wages.

I just entered into a chat with a representative from this company (Soyini was the rep's name) because I was considering applying and I had questions. To each his own, but I just decided not to apply. This company is located in Panama City, Panama, and in my opinion, getting a loan from a non-U.S. source just means trouble.

Just wanted to pass this information on. Have a nice day!

Sorry I took so long. Shortly after your last reponse I filed for bankruptcy. I am working on it with my attorney as we speak. I am relieved of all of this and I will NEVER get into this situation again! I have stopped paying all of the payday loans. Although they called me at the beginning I havent heard from them in a while....cant wait for this to be over and I can get on with my NEW LIFE!!
