I thought that this website might be helpful. It lists many PDLs with their DBAs, web address(es) as well as their known mailing address. It's actually an excel file when you open it.

hope it helps someone!

I tried to put it into Word and upload that file, but it gave me an error and wouldn't let me do it. I'll keep playing. Maybe I'll come up with a way...

edited to add:
I did manage to make it a PDF file, but of course it's too big for the forum. It's 95KB and the limit for the forum is 19.5kb.
I just can't win! Maybe later today, I'll try to break it up into sections.

I called today to Paycheck today and informed them that I discovered that they were ilegal in VA, I also complained about them to BBB, well they really fast told me that they wont charge me any fees uand that they need it the $300.00 now, I told them that I'm able to give them $150.00 tomorrow and they declined, that woman was very nasty, she said "you are not going to pay $150.00 today you will pay the $300 in full!!! now!! I told her I cant do that, and she said well " F***d I will begin collection procedures against you right now!!!

I wouldn't give them your debit card number or a check from your personal account, tell them you need a physical address to send payments, get a money order, it's cheaper than using one of those prepaid visa cards, and why should you make it convenient for them anyways? You send them what YOU can afford, they are at your mercy, period. These are your terms now and I would MAKE them meet it, or they will get nothing. Simply tell them you will send payments when you can afford to do so, and you will send the amount you want when you want to! Anyone who talks to another person the way they talked to you deserves absolutely NO respect. Simply say this to them, I will send payments by mail with a money order, I need a valid physical address to send these payments, no address means no payments, take it or leave it, it's your choice. If they begin arguing or threatening to send you to collections, or saying anything that is not meeting your terms then say; I don't have time for this, take it or leave it, last chance! Then say goodbye and hang up. Hey, at least you tried. Even better, send them an email, short, concise and to the point, then you will have PROOF in writing that they refused to provide you with an address to send payments! Do not believe their BS, they must meet your terms or they get nothing, keep that in mind.

Subject: Waiting on Payment Plan as agreed

Hello Sandy,
Please email me the payment that we agreed $150.00 today 4/8 and $150.00 4/15 to pay off $300.00 loan. I don't do settlement by phone I need everything on writing. (Per VA attorneys Office advice) As soon as I received the agreement in writing I will reply with the Pre paid Visa card number that I agreed to. As I stated before I'm not refusing to make my payment but unfortunately you guys has refused several times yesterday in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Thank you for taking the time of calling me yesterday and be so respectful.
Regards,

Yep, print it out and keep it, however, I would still push for a refund, you already have it in writing as paid in full so a little pushing isn't going to change that. Yay for you!!

They do take time to answered and something they just ignored them. As soon they call you let them know that you only have comunication with them via email and hung up. that way you can keep track of them.:-o
