I checked my voice mails just a little while ago. There was a message from a Joe McCarthy of Payday-loan-yes.com. The message did not provide the name of the company--just that he was my case worker and that he could save me money. Anyway, he said that he wanted to speak with me about a supoena concerning my situation. I maybe owe these scams about 200.00 after paying over and over.

As far as I can tell, they are not a CSO, and are NOT licensed in TX. I called back and left a message demanding a written statement of my debt and remaining balance. I said that I needed something verifying that this company is licensed in TX or is a CSO. I said this was the law!!

I said that if they serve me with a summons where I work, they will be arrested for trespassing on gov. property, and that I would be happy to have a 3 way call with the police and attorney generals office since they threatened me over what is a civil matter.

PLEASE TELL ME IF THESE GUYS ARE COS-- I have tried and tried to get someone to help me, and have looked at the website to check these companies, but nothing comes up.

I am begging for help because I have gotten nowhere in determining which of my loans is a CSO or licensed company which make it legal.

These bottom feeders are pathetic, aren't they? And "Joe McCarthy?" A very familiar name to those of us who grew up in the 50s'; anyone notice that a lot of the PDL callers or their collection goons use the names of the rich and famous? I got a call from Marc Anthony and I believe someone else on one of these threads talked to James Brown..... ;)
