I just checked my account with paycheck today and it says my account has these words "Written Off" what does that mean? Does that mean the B-----ds are going to turn me into collections? Or does it mean its done.

Paycheck Today has not sent me any E-mails because I told then that since they would not provide me with "real" address, proof of licence, when they was going to send me my "refund" that there was to be no more furthur communcation between them, anyone connected to them , at all. But that any communcation with me paying principal only would be through a third party through the Atternory General Office in which I would send them a money-order because I would not be involved in anymore illegal practices. However I would only send the principal balance if the "Attorney General " said that I owed it after paying $975 for a 300 illegal payday loan.

I still have not heard anything from Great Sky Cash after sending them there letter.

They may or may not send it to a 3rd party collector. If they do, and you receive a phone call from one, don't admit or deny owing any debt, simply tell them you won't discuss any alleged debt with anyone on the telephone, and if such a debt exists and this is legit, you will be expecting a letter of collection via the mail within 5 days of their first initial contact with you, also tell them not to call you again until you have received documentation in the mail. FYI, I am inserting a link below with information on 'dunning letters' (letters of collection). This is for future reference in case you need it. I would also like to add that you can go to my blog and find a list of links to the far right with all kinds of information on collections.
