I want to thank every one for all the great help so far
started to work on getting rid of my payday loan problems this past week
went to the bank and tryed to close my account with PNC bank and was told that It might be reopened If an ACH came in before the 30 cooling off period well something came in not payday loan and they reopened it so now have to go an put it into a deposit only account
Sent all the payday loan co. the letters that I found on the sight and have gotten a email back from one

paychecktoday.com:oops:
cashtransfercenters.com
unitedcashloans.com

Thank you all
Duane

Just wanted to give an update on how things are going. I did go and stop my direct deposit
and went into the Bank and spoke to the Bank manager twice about the problem that I am having with some pay day loan co. Closed by Bank account and sent all the letters too my payday loan co. PAYCHECKTODAY.COM and CASHTRANSFERCENTERS.COM and UNITEDCASHLOANS.COM to revoke any and all ACH authorizations. Well had a none payday loan debit hit the Bank account and had the closed account reopened and over drafted. Well paid that back and then on then14th of this mo. had PAYCHECKTODAY hit the bank with the whole amount that they say I owed and now I am over drafted again.THANK YOU PNC BANK

I would go in and complain to the bank manager, tell them they are breaking the law (and they are) by NOT honoring your ACH revocations. I would also let the bank know you are going to complain to your state bank regulatory agency. The EFTA law is VERY specific about your financial institutions responsibility when a customer revokes ACH's.
