this guy has been contacted by my payday loan companies and he is not resolving anything. i want my money back from this company and they won't give it to me. i have paid 8 payments of 150.00 every 2 weeks. 2 of my creditors have called with recorded phone calls on him talking like he is on the street to them. is this how this business is handled? did i get myself into something i can't get out of?


anyone else have a problem with this guy at your pay day loan help.. i can't get to a manager at all when i ask for one.


I'd suggest you to first read through the contract that you have signed with them. See, if they are to take out their fees before starting negotiating with the creditors.

If you're not satisfied with their services, you'd have to terminate it immediately before they can take out more money (again check out their terms and conditions).

Next, you may file complaints against this debt relief company with the State AG, the FTC and the BBB.

there fee's were 250.00... they can't show me any payments being made to any of my creditors at all and there saying there not getting payments... i have paid 1200.00 so far so 950.00 should be going to my creditors.. i only owe 1100.00 in payday loans... i ask for a manager and he says he don't have one.. i could have paid these companies off and now i can't
