Please help, I would like to send them a DV letter (where would I go to find a DV ltr). Also, this is really bad on my part, but two of the payday loans I just took out and I haven't even paid them back, not even the fees. I feel really bad and the only reason why I even closed my bank account was because I heard that SandPoint was illegal. I feel horrible and I don't know what they are going to do to me. I would like to send them something but I can't pay them in full... I'm hoping to getting their address so I can send them something. Thank you in advance.

Just go the BBB website click on file a claim, enter the phone number of each company and the website will show the address, hope it works out for you. :)
There is no point in sending the original creditor a debt valida
There is no point in sending the original creditor a debt validation request, and especially the ones above. Debt validation letters are intended for 3rd party collectors. What you really need to do is let us know what state you are in so we can find out whether these lenders are licensed in your state, also let us know how much you have borrowed from each lenders, that will help us to help you in giving you the most accurate advice on how to proceed.
