I'm having connection problems and unable to post the licensee data base for payday lenders in TX but if you scroll down and click on the link [URL="http://168.39.159.59/default.asp"]Licensee Database[/URL] you can search and see if your other lenders are licensed. I'm not sure if americashadvance is licensed or not. I believe that Cashnetusa offers and extended payment plan but you will need to ask for it. As far as the unlicensed lenders, read THIS and follow the step by step guidelines on how to deal with unlicensed lenders.
