:oops:Hi...I have 6 pdl's. One with CheckintoCash since 9/08, one with National Cash and Credit, and 4 online, they are Speedy Cash, CheckNGo, Payday1 and CashnetUsa. I cannot get out from under this. I am disabled, and I owed 3x more than what I earn. My monthly payments to rollover payments are more than 1/3 of my monthly income. I know this is my debt and want to take care of it, but cannot get out of this vicious cycle. Can anyone here give me some guidance, please? Thanks.

The storefront lenders that you have are legal. Hence, you would need to find ways to pay them off. If they are members of CFSA, they must offer your extended payment plan.

For the internet lenders, you may check out their licensing status in the following link as Arizona requires the ipdls to be licensed by the state.
