Does anyone know what law in Utah regarding Payday Loan companies bing registered is? I live in Utah and I have a loan out with Zip19, which I think is illegal to practice in Utah but I want to make sure. Or maybe someone could just point me where I could get more information on PayDay Loan laws in Utah? Thanks!
