I am in Ohio and have several PDL. I was unable to keep up with payments and my bank closed my account due to overdrafts. I have a company threatening me that they are from the Federal Crime Investigators and that if I don't pay then my information will be sent to Ohio Court house and I will be arrested. When they call they say they are officer so and so. when I looked up the number it says it is a landline and does not associate with anything crime.
Can I go to jail for unpaid PDL and/or court?
