Please HELP!!! Loan Shop Online just did a VOE

HELP...now that they did a VOE, what's the next step? I'm soooooooooo scared!!!! They called my employer to verify my employment and my employer just let me know.

give your employer a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION LETTER.asap.those are voluntary,and revocable.give it to your employer right away.then loan shop can't get money without taking you to court.hard for an illegal pdl to sue so once that's done.you should be okay.

I work for a hospital and my employer will not take anything out of my paycheck unless they have a court order. I called my human resource dept and payroll and they all said they will not take anything.

If I send the AG office a letter about them, do you think it will help with the phone calls? Now I have two more illegal payday loans to deal with. God help us all!

A VOE is Verification of Employment. I'm lucky that I have friends in Human Resources and in the payroll department. They are keeping an eye out for anything that has my name on it.

yes file AG and FTC complaints.this is an illegal lender,and engages in illegal practices to collect.draft a c&d letter and fax it to them.they must abide by it in reference to call at the workplace.
